The other weekend I completed the Virgin London Marathon in 6hr 4min, taking off loo stops 5hr 40minutes, which I was pleased with.
1. I got around
2. I had no leakage
Always a bonus and not an embarrassment, both are big plus's for me.
About 3 years ago, I couldn't run 3 miles nevermind 26.2, a marathon and that's all down to the pelvic health course I went on and have been teaching other people to do the same.
I was fed up...

One step at a time.....
That's my thinking for the London Marathon this Sunday.
It's been a long 6 months of training, being consistent and persistent no matter what was thrown at me. Training in all weathers, driving rain, hail, snow, ice and beautiful sunshine like today. Training at both ends of the day and in the middle to get the job done.
You know those days when you can't be bothered to do stuff, your tired, you have no time, your busy doing stuff......!!!...
It's a long, long road...!

As you know, last September I got the "YOU'RE IN", from the Virgin London Marathon - VLM2015 and after the initial OMG what have I gone and done, I got myself into a habit of running twice a week and one longer run on the weekends, forming habits.
I used to get anoyed if I hadn't managed to run on that day for whatever reason, just couldn't fit it in,...
I got the "You're In" .......
So I'm In the Virgin London Marathon 2015 on the ballot..... OMG
The other week you might of got the " You're In " or "Sorry" from the ballot of the Virgin London Marathon. After my thoughts of OMG what have I done?....When am I going to find time to fit everything in like, train, plan, work, children, hubby, run my business, study, read, write and train to run the 26.2 miles by April 2015......?
And after Daz did the Blenhiem Half marathon the other Sunday and found...
