Weak muscles needs strengthening Tight muscles need stretching, this is what I was taught but with new science and techniques on muscles, muscle response,release and recovery this are changing.
Muscles are either in states of 1.Spasm 2. Fibrotic 3. Tight
They need "releasing" then they can be 1. strengthen 2. stretching otherwise we are just putting them into more a spasm/tense state.
