I had this question yesterday's, after one of my #fitnesspilates classes
How do I get rid of my tummy..?, it's a tough answer to give, as there are so many possible things to consider.
" I'm eating a healthy diet, exercise a couple of times a week
but I just can't shift anything around my tummy,
I'm happy with my tone, core is strengthen
but it's just that tummy area...help !!" ..., Are you finding this too!
