Up and Down and In and Out..
How important is it to breathe the right way?
I think it's a brilliant image below of what happens
When you breathe in the diaphragm should dome and raise,
the ribs move upwards and outwards.
When you breathe out, the diaphragm should drop
the ribs move downwards and inwards
the Pelvic floor and the lumber/thoracic spine/connective tissue
Does this happen for you?
Do you have problems?
when you have a cold or the flue, when you sneeze?,
or if you have a really annoying cough
and your coughing and coughing
so hard your sides hurt.?
or your laughing and jumping for joy
but it ends up no joy or laughing matter at all
just an embarrassing moment.
When you jump, sneeze, cough, laugh to name a few
be careful you don't train your pelvic floor to
bear down or load onto the pelvic floor muscles making the situation worse,
creating stress or urge incontinence.
At foofoo fun club, I go through this breathing technique
in my foofoo pelvic health course.
you then re-connect and recruit the correct muscles
and lastly add movement,
and you get your VAVA VOOM back.
Why not learning how the breathe correctly,
without any embarrassing moments
on the next foofoo course,
Starting on Thursday September 3rd 2015,
at The Malthouse, Alveston, Stratford U Avon.
Here's the link to book on now, so your have it planned in your diary
