Seasonal greeting's.....

I want to wish everybody a very "Merry Christmas and a Happy new exciting 2013 " !!!!!!, A BIG thank you for your loyal support, commitment over the year and years, week in week out, whether it's attending my weekly classes, doing the on-line programme, braving the early morning BootCamp sessions or attending personal training sessions, I thank you deeply one and all.....!!!. I'm looking forward to an amazing 2013

Christmas week Article is Fatigue

Maybe because of not eating right

Maybe because of not sleeping enough!

Maybe because of training too hard

Maybe of training to fast

Maybe it's just not resting enough

Fatigue has a combinations of effects, tired, sore not able to get motivated in the mornings or anytime, poor sleep, stress, adrenal fatigue, physical fatigue and mental fatigue

So, for me, the way to combat this is simple:- it's about creating healthy daily habits

Less work

Slower intensity

Do more short, Intense workout

More sleep

Early night - helps with rebalancing hormones

Fresh fruit & vegetables

Increase food intake, the right foods, if it runs, flys, swims, eat it.....fresh...

Depending on the level of fatigue, will depend on the time this takes

So at this time of year and other time ,spend more time visiting friends, laughing, having fun and less time on the computer/laptop/ipad/facebook/twitter/LinkedIn etc,etc etc.... talking face to face is excellent therapy...

Having a Positive Mental Attitude always helps

With all this in mind.... take time off from your computer and spend time making memories...

Here's wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.                                                                                                                                                       Success never stands still
