This article caught my eye, it was posted in the physio group that I'm in.
interesting I thought.
and as it happens this week,
we have been using bands in my fitness pilates classes.
Bands are a brilliant way of increase
Range of Movement
Working with tension and control
Challenging balance work with movement, strength and stability.
A fantastic resource of increasing resistance,
which is brilliant for bone density and bone health.
As we age we lose a percentage of bone density each year.
Therefore resistance, strength, weight work in really important.
Glad that my Fitness Pilates classes ticked all those boxes.
