BeFit4Birth Antenatal fitness based classes in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire.
Being pregnant is a very special, exciting and nurturing time for new mums to be and mums having their second/third or fourth baby. It’s always exciting.
Let’s look at your body with a holistic approach, as I feel it’s important, as what you eat and drink and what you put on your body, approximately 60% gets absorbed into your skin, into your body’s systems, bloodstream and gets passed onto your unborn baby, therefore it could be effecting its growth, health & wellbeing.
In the BeFit4Birth classes we work at a gentle pace, maintaining good functional movement, that works alongside and compliments lifestyle, wellbeing, maintaining and improving strength and tone. Addressing postural changes as the body starts to charge during this progressive antenatal period. Nutrition advice, relevant exercise sessions and looking at health & wellbeing so your body is in it’s optimum state to BeFit4Birth. Breathing, relaxation and de-stressing play an important role too, as you progress through the trimesters. Encouraging and enhancing good restful sleep habits.
BeFit4Birth classes are more than just classes, nutritional advice, with a service for pregnancy & post recovery pregnancy massage. Also offering 1-2-1 sessions if preferred and a couples service in optional nutrition for preconception or if you are going through IVF.
BeFit4Birth classes are suitable to attend from 13 to 40 weeks/term

What happens in the hour classes?
Gentle warm up, cardio session with some form of resistance, working on muscle tone and strength, and bone health, stability and mobility, followed by a cooldown then finish with a guided mediation/relaxation. 15-minute talk-time for a round up, catch up and chat, make friends and ask questions if you want.
BeFit4Birth course of classes
Starting 22nd September – 3rd November (no classes half term week 27th October) per 6week block £48.00
Starting 10th November – 15th December for Christmas break
