The Pink Ribbon Program for Breast Cancer Survivors

A pilates-based Recovery Program developed by a survivor for survivors to help regain mobility and improve quality of life.

This unique Pink Ribbon Program is designed to regain the range of motion as well as strength in the affected arm and area.
Something the last thing you feel like doing after having breast cancer treatment is exercise,  as you're probably exhausted, your arm may be swollen and painful to move or to the touch, and with some of the adjuvant treatments can make you feel even worse.
All you want to do is rest and in the past that's exactly what doctors and consultants would of recommended.  However, recent studies show the massive positive link between moderate physical specific exercises and improved quality of life for breast cancer survivors.
This program is put together in progressive phases over the weeks of the course.

This Pink Ribbon Program is needed to reach all breast cancer survivors.

This might not be you but you might know somebody who this unique type of program could help, bring them a quality of live they could enjoy again, please pass on.

With gratitude,

Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist
