It's been a while, lovely people.
Trust your gut, it speaks to you all the time but do you listen?.

Your gut is your second brain,
80% of your immune system is around your gut
Looking after your gut health affects your brain neurotransmitters health.
Serotonin is about brain function and health, your mood, your happiness, however serotonin isn't made in the brain it's made in the gut.
If your under the weather, look at your gut health and give it a boost
Gut health boosting foods
Serotonin - mood foods - some sources.
Turkey, nuts, seeds, salmon, dark 85% chocolate, cocoa, pineapple, banana, tofu.
Gut health foods.
kefir, Greek yoghurt, fermented foods,  sauerkraut, kombucha,  miso, kimchi.

Happy gut, happy tummy, happy you.!

Healthy Nutrition
1. Eat green veggies at every meal
2. Drink more water
3. Have a rich source of protein
4. Eat oily fish 2/3 times per week
5. Add nuts and seeds to your meals
6. Drizzle olive oil on your salads and meals
