Bootcamp Feedback.....

Boot camp is genuinely a fantastic way to start the morning - leaves you invigorated and ready to tackle anything that the working day may throw at you! It's great to get a full body workout without having to plan it all yourself and I've seen so many changes to my core strength in just 4 weeks - really helpful in my job as a vet! Hazel is a brilliant and enthusiastic instructor and I look forward to the days I get up early and head into Stratford for a bootcamp workout!
