All systems are go!!!...

You have been asking in your droves about the classes......, so here you go
Classes are back to normal next week..
September BootCamp Monday, Wednesday & Friday 06.15-07.00am

Mondays
12.30-1.15pm HIIT's at the NFU
7.30-8.30pm Functional Flow Fitness Pilates , Meon Vale

Tuesdays
PowerChiYoga 1.30-2.30pm Meon Vale Leisure Ctr, Village Hall
 FatBlast/Cardio Tuesday 7.30pm Hampton Lucy Village Hall

Wednesday
6.15pm  L.I.F.E Low Impact Fatloss & Energy Class Meon Vale
7.30pm Insanity Lower Quinton Village Hall

Thursday
6.15pm Insanity, The Malthouse, Alveston S-u-A
7.30pm Fitness Pilates, The Malthouse, Alveston S-u-A

Plus all the other club classes, U3a are back too

Trust you all had a brilliant summer break, if you went on holiday in the UK or aboard the weather has been brilliant.


I haven't had the best of luck with computers this year, before I went on holiday to Spain, my hard drive went on my computer, I've just received it back on Wednesday, so apologies for lack of newsletter and class news...

I've had a number of enquires about the pelvic health course, so I'm looking at doing the 6week FooFoo course mid Sept, running from my home, numbers will be limited 3/4 people only.
