The general concept that all you need to do to lose weight is simple, eat less. This protocol is based on the idea of "calories-in V calories -out", which suggest that the amount of body fat you have is directly related to the amount of food that you eat or how active you are, e.g. eat less or burn more calories and hey presto you will lose fat.
