If I feel some issue’s need to be referred on to medical professionals, I have links with specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapists who are experts in women’s health matters. We are also looking at solving problems by giving solution and a voice for women to be heard.
How does it work?
- On application to join, I will ask you to complete an online pre-screening form, on the completion and submission, I’ll see if this is the right programme for you and ask for payment.
- Then I meet/ or arrange an online chat with you, go through the pre-screen, check your tummy for Diastasis and core function to make sure the programme can be unique to you and your needs.
- At your first session you’ll receive your Holistic Core Restore® education booklet and the kit you need to complete the homework exercises on the course.
- You will also receive login details via email allowing you access to additional filmed homework exercises, healing education and nutrition and recipe information.
- The LIVE/online via a platform like zoom, the programme runs for 6 weeks and we meet for a class once a week/online during this period. Additionally, you will be asked to complete your homework exercises 4-5 times during the week. The homework exercises are progressed over the course of the 6 weeks, so as your strength and co-ordination improves, as you become more challenged.
- The following 6 weeks (7-12) is run ONLINE with two weekly filmed workouts from myself and Jenny Burrell for you to continue and consolidate the efforts and gains you have made.
- I make very regular contact with you throughout the course to ensure you understand what you need to do and are actually doing the work. You will receive full support to ensure that you have the best opportunity to get the results you want.

After having a third degree tear with my second child I decided I needed to see someone with regards to my pelvic floor. Hazel has been fantastic; during the sessions we discuss my general well being, she takes me through new exercises in every session and explains the benefits of doing each one, I then do these exercises at least once a day at home. Feedback on the food diary i hand in is fantastic and has 100% changed the way I eat and my general attitude towards certain foods in a positive way. Hazel is always on call for questions I may have in between the sessions I have which is really helpful and checks in to to see how I am doing. Overall since starting with Hazel 6 months ago, I feel energised, recharged, have been sleeping better, feel healthier and have noticed fat loss around my middle. I have thoroughly enjoyed everything, but the food/nutrition aspect has been of particular interest to me. I enjoy cooking even more now and especially when combined with the exercises I can see results. It's very hard to think of ways to improve the course since I have found it so worthwhile as it is...!
