How important is it to breathe the right way? I think it's a brilliant image below of what happens When you breathe in the diaphragm should dome and raise,the ribs move upwards and outwards.When you breathe out, the diaphragm should dropthe ribs move downwards and inwardsthe Pelvic floor and the lumber/thoracic spine/connective tissueshould connect.Does this happen for you?
