Fitness Pilates is flying ...! are you?...... it's hitting all the health spots..., Listening to Jeremy Vine Yesterday, I was listening to Jeremy Vine whilst travelling between classes and clients, the topic was "disease",  Autoimmune Disease, Diabetes, MS, Lupus, Crohn's, Colitis, Arthritis, Cancer, Adrenal Fatigue, certain eye diseases, etc these were some of the ones they spoke about. It was a really interesting debate and if you can get it,  it's worth a listen. So many auto immune diseases normally have a trigger, like a trauma...
