Fats are no longer your enemy,
they are your friends,
love than and eat the right ones

Top of the tree for me are
avocado
coconut oil
raw organic virgin olive oil
olives
oily fish like,
mackerel, sardines, herring, anchovies, salmon, tuna, trout, cod, haddock
These fish are rich in Vitamin A & D,
a brilliant source of omega 3 fatty acids, anti-imflammary to the body.

Another source of Vitamins D nourishment,
been in the news again this week and also good to know if you are VitD deficient,
get eating your oily fish and green leafy veggies.

Buy wild, when you buying your fish, not farmed and full of toxicity like mercury from the polluted seas


Now Stay away from the sugars, that's your enemy
cakes, biscuits, processed foods,
HFCS High fructose corn syrup, 
anything advertised at LOW FAT or 95% FAT FREE,
it's clever marketing to trick you,
they will have high sugars, yogurts are a great example,
flip then for a live, organic, raw cultures type and kefir is great too,
or a goats yoghurts.  
your gut will love you for it.

Just had a juicy afternoon
try this one juice tribe
Blood booster --- Suffer from Armenia, PMS cramps or pregnancy

beetroots
apples
ginger
Blend
handful of frozen berries(mixture)
avocado
add good tsp of collagen powder (always good for tissue, bone and joint health)

add the juice to the blend.   AMMMMAZzing,,,,,,, give it a whizz
