10. Ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement

5 Top Toilet Tips
1. Drink more water and juices/smoothies,, apple,pear & pineapple
2. Eat well, fresh organic if possible fruits and vegetables
3. Perform Abdominal massage (ILU, I Love You) - stroke up the right, up and across the up and down the left side.
4. Toileting position (sqatty potty) - knee's above hips and lean slighty forward, feet flat.
5. Coordination., remember to breath.
